MEDIA

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically. For registered users, we store the personal information provided in their user profile until they request deletion.

Salty Turf Facility Terms & Conditions and Guest Policy

Effective Date: September 2026 | Applies to: All Guests, Event Hosts, and Facility Patrons

GENERAL TERMS & FACILITY ACCESS

Walk-Ins: Walk-in guests are welcome subject to venue capacity and availability. Waiting periods may apply during peak operational hours. Promotional packages (such as “Date Night” deals) may be designated as walk-in only and cannot be booked or reserved online.

Third-Party Vouchers: Third-party vouchers (including Groupon, gift certificates, or promotional codes) must be redeemed online in advance according to the voucher instructions and cannot be redeemed for unscheduled walk-in sessions. Vouchers hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-
refundable through Salty Turf.

Age Restrictions & Government-Issued ID: Because Salty Turf serves alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) and hosts age-restricted sessions, all guests seeking to purchase or consume alcohol, or attending designated 21+ venue events, must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport) upon entry or purchase.

Minors & Supervision: Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the premises. Parents and guardians assume full legal and financial responsibility for the conduct, safety, and actions of minors in their party.

Lost or Stolen Property: Salty Turf is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, vehicles, or property brought onto or left anywhere within the venue or surrounding premises.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, SAFETY & CODE OF CONDUCT

Assumption of Risk: Mini-golf is an active recreational sport. By entering Salty Turf and participating, all guests voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with play, including but not limited to physical injury from errant golf balls, swinging putters, wet or uneven synthetic turf, elevated curbs, water features, rock obstacles, and steps.

Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, guests release and hold harmless Salty Turf, its owners, operators, officers, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, or injuries arising out of ordinary negligence or standard participation in venue activities.

Course Safety Rules: All patrons must adhere to posted facility safety protocols:
Putter Swing Restrictions: Putters must never be raised or swung above knee height. Full golf swings or driving are strictly prohibited.

Ball Safety: Golf balls must remain on the playing turf; throwing, bouncing, kicking, or hitting balls off designated course boundaries is strictly forbidden.
Obstacle Etiquette: Guests must not climb, sit on, or tamper with course obstacles, thematic props, landscaping, perimeter fences, or water features.

Alcohol Policy & Outside Beverages: No outside food or beverages (especially outside alcohol) are permitted on the premises. Salty Turf reserves the right to inspect bags and coolers. Management strictly adheres to state and local liquor regulations and retains the absolute right to refuse alcohol service to any patron at any time.

Right of Refusal and Ejection: Salty Turf maintains a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior, foul language, horseplay, vandalism, or visible intoxication. Staff reserve the right to refuse admission or immediately eject any individual or group violating these rules, without eligibility for refund, voucher,
or credit.

PROPERTY DAMAGE & CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Check-In Security Authorization: All booking parties and walk-in groups must provide a valid credit card at reception prior to commencing play.
Damage Assessment: The cardholder explicitly authorizes Salty Turf to charge the card on file for: Equipment Loss/Breakage: The actual replacement cost of unreturned, lost, broken, or deliberately damaged putters, balls, or rented equipment.

Facility Damage: The full repair and remediation costs for physical damage to course turf, obstacles, audio-visual equipment, fixtures, or architectural elements caused by reckless, negligent, or intentional misconduct.

Excessive Cleaning Fees: Remediation and deep-cleaning fees resulting from intentional spills, biohazards, vomit, or deliberate vandalism.
STANDARD BOOKINGS

Full Payment: All reservations for individual players and groups require 100% payment at the time of booking to secure reserved tee times.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: All standard bookings are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations or changes of mind made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled reservation date forfeit all amounts paid.

Rescheduling Policy: Bookings may be rescheduled up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time through your online customer portal or by contacting the venue directly. Rescheduling is subject to tee-time availability. If rescheduling into a peak-rate session, the guest is responsible for paying any rate difference. Rescheduling requests made within twelve (12) hours of
the reserved time cannot be accommodated.

LARGE EVENT BOOKINGS & PRIVATE FUNCTIONS (10+ GUESTS)

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable 50% deposit based on the projected guest headcount is required at the time of reservation to hold the function date and time slot.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled event date.

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and pre-approved Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Final Headcount Confirmation: The client must confirm the final minimum guest count no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date. Billing will reflect this confirmed headcount (or the actual attendance, whichever is greater). Reductions in headcount within fourteen (14) business days will not result in refunds, credits, or price reductions.

Event Cancellation Schedule: Cancellations for private functions and large parties are governed by the following schedule:

30+ Days Notice: The 50% deposit will be refunded in full.

15–29 Days Notice: The deposit is non-refundable; however, the reservation may be rescheduled to
an available date within ninety (90) days of the original event date, subject to venue availability and a 10% administrative rescheduling fee.

0–14 Days Notice: All payments (including deposit and final balance) are strictly non-refundable and
forfeited in full.

WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE

Facility Disruptions: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Salty Turf’s reasonable control, including severe inclement weather, lightning, power/utility outages, public health directives, or mechanical facility failures, Salty Turf reserves the right to suspend or reschedule play to ensure patron safety.

Remedies & Venue Credit: Cash or credit card refunds are not issued for weather or force majeure interruptions. Impacted guests will be issued a venue credit or rescheduling pass valid for up to one (1) year from the date of the disrupted session.

MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

Promotional Recording: By entering the venue premises, guests acknowledge that Salty Turf may capture photographs, video, and audio recordings of the facility, patrons, and activities for marketing, commercial, promotional, and social media purposes without financial compensation to any guest.

Guest Opt-Out: Any guest or party who does not wish to be included in promotional photographs or video must explicitly notify venue management at the front desk upon check-in.

SEVERABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

Enforceability & Jurisdiction: If any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state and municipality in which Salty Turf operates.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & INQUIRIES

By booking a session, entering the facility, or participating in activities at Salty Turf, all patrons, booking organizers, and their guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
